Welcome. I am really glad you're here.
Reaching out takes courage, and I don't take that lightly.
My Journey
My path into counselling was shaped by years of working alongside individuals and families in community and healthcare settings.
Being trusted with people’s stories deepened my belief in the importance of care that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience.
