Direct Billing for Therapy and Counselling
Pham Therapy offers direct billing for counselling and therapy services through TELUS eClaims, Sun Life, and Pacific Blue Cross for select insurance providers.
When available, we can submit your counselling claim directly to your insurance provider, which may cover the full or partial amount you need to pay upfront for covered sessions. This means you do not have to wait for reimbursement after your appointment.
Direct billing availability depends on your specific insurance plan and provider. Please review the list of eligible insurance providers below to confirm whether your plan qualifies for direct billing services.

Check that your insurance plan covers Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC).
Step 1: Confirm Your Coverage
Send an email to rachel@phamtherapy.com and include:
1) A photo of the front AND back of your benefit card
2) A completed and signed form for the consent of direct billing

Step 2: Submit Your Details
Once your coverage is confirmed, simply book your counselling session and we’ll take care of the direct billing process for you.
