Rachel Pham
Founder & Registered Clinical Counsellor
Why I Became a Therapist
I became a therapist because I've lived through some of what my clients bring to sessions, and that experience changed how I show up for others.
With years of experience supporting individuals and families in community and healthcare settings, I bring both clinical training and compassion to every session.
These experiences continue to guide how I show up in the therapy room: with curiosity, humility, and a commitment to an individualized approach to therapy, honouring each person’s lived experiences.
Today, my work is rooted in creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative.
Outside of therapy, you will find me hanging out with my cat, cozying up to a good book, or chasing sunrises.
A quote that inspires me
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
– Carl Jung
What Working Together Looks Like
My approach as a Registered Clinical Counsellor is collaborative.
Every person who walks through my door has already shown courage just by showing up.
My goal is to meet you with compassion, offer space to process, and the clinical knowledge and tools to help you move forward in a way that's truly yours.
Therapy Shaped Around You
