Outside of the therapy room, you can find me hanging out with my cat, cozying up to a good book, or catching sunrises.

Why I Became a Therapist
People often ask me why I became a therapist. The honest answer is that I've lived through some of what my clients bring to sessions. I know what it's like to carry something you've never said out loud to anyone - not because you couldn't find the words, but because you weren't sure anyone else had ever felt it too. I have felt that. And I also know that it doesn't have to stay that way. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone anymore.
Growing up as an immigrant, I experienced firsthand how much culture, identity, intergenerational trauma, and belonging shape our mental health, and how rarely those things get talked about in traditional care. That experience taught me to show up differently and to hold space for the parts of people that don't always fit neatly into a clinical box.
My Experience
With years of experience working in community and healthcare settings, I've had the privilege of supporting a wide range of individuals and families through some of life's most difficult moments. I bring both clinical training and genuine lived understanding to every session.
What I Can Help With

My Approach
My approach is collaborative. Every person who walks through my door has already shown courage just by being there. My job is to meet you with the same care and intention you brought to that first step, and to offer space to process, the clinical knowledge and tools to help you move forward in a way that's truly yours.
My Story
My path into counselling was shaped by years of working alongside individuals and families in community and healthcare settings. In those spaces, I witnessed the quiet strength it takes to navigate trauma, cultural expectations, health challenges, and life transitions, often while carrying more than anyone should have to carry alone.
Being trusted with people’s stories deepened my belief in the importance of care that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. These experiences continue to guide how I show up in the therapy room: with curiosity, humility, and a commitment to meeting people where they are.
Today, my work is rooted in creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative,
where healing can unfold at a pace that feels right for you..
